Set 1:
20 sec- pushups
20 sec- weighted sit ups (arms straight)
20 sec- medicine ball side to side (legs lifted)
20 sec- straight arm plank
20 sec- arm dips
*rest 10 seconds between each exercise*
repeat X4
Set 2:
20 sec- jump squats
20 sec- lunge jumps
20 sec- curtsy lunges
20 sec- lunge back and kick leg up (10 sec per leg)
20 sec- bridge lifts
*rest 10 seconds between each exercise*
repeat X4
No rest between sets!
